Earth Sky
man animal
peace war
friend enemy
they are relative things
often changes
the friend
into enemy
the peace
into war
the man
into animal
and then the sky falls onto the earth
and darkness will be
in the
eyes
and in the
souls

I didn’t know
that the trees speak
but in a certain evening
I’ve seen
two acacias hugging
and heard
they whispered my name
then I understood
the trees
live like us
feel
and speak
since then
I haven’t courage
to look at these trees
SELF-POTRAIT
my father – the mute resignation
my mother – the lively intellect
my sister – the work
me – the muddy life
I believe in nothing
I haven’t any aim
my wife – the veiled sin
I have only desires
hidden reveries
my life is the love
my friends – the lonesome wanderers of the nights
my lovers – the neon-signs of the big towns
my dreams – the secrets
I live in the silence
in the
deserted streets
in the
abandoned parks
also the
river bank smelling of fish
is
my home
my bed – the cold sands
a
bench on the island
or
foreign feather-beddings warm me
my element – the fire
my colour - the
red
trees grass and
poppies
everywhere poppies
and
flame
and fire
my life – the art
my art – the love
my love – the fire
the fire is red
the fever is red
my father – the mute resignation
my mother – the lively intellect
my sister – the work
me?
I’m the lover of the muddy life
